1. Provide visible, inspirational clinical leadership across the hospital.
2. Lead governance, quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance, ensuring care exceeds national standards.
3. Maintain an agreed clinical commitment within your specialty.
4. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and new models of care.
5. Work closely with the senior leadership team, including Nursing and Clinical Services, to deliver strategic and operational objectives.
