Salary and Working Hours
£26,103 per annum (38 hours per week over 4 days)

Key Responsibilities
* Welcome visitors and provide excellent customer service
* Develop and maintain accurate databases and information systems
* Organise paperwork and files within the nursery
* Order supplies and resources
* Issue invoices and assist the manager with outstanding invoices
* Prepare and submit data for all income sources, including local authority, grants and parent fees
* Prepare and send out invoices, handle cash where necessary and manage banking activities
* Assist with marketing of services, including fundraising
Qualifications and Experience
• Experienced administrator with a solid background in office management
• Proficient IT skills
• Understanding of safeguarding principles desirable; covered in induction and ongoing training
• Preferable to work Monday to Friday, with some flexibility available
Additional Requirements
• Successful completion of a satisfactory, enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check on appointment and every three years thereafter
