You do need to hold current DV Clearance for this role. What you will be doing: Create and maintain high‑quality design documentation (HLDs/LLDs). Ensure content is consistent with architectural standards, security principles, and governance requirements. Support design assurance and act as the go‑to expert for documentation queries. Develop templates, standards, and best‑practice guidance. Produce operational and service documentation for seamless transition into support. Coach engineers to improve documentation capability and consistency. What You'll Bring: Strong technical writing skills for both technical and operational audiences. Experience producing policies, processes, procedures, and templates. Ability to convert complex technical detail into clear, structured documentation. Hands‑on experience supporting HLD/LLD creation. Comfortable working within structured governance and assurance frameworks. Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. DV Cleared It would be great if you had: Experience in PRINCE2, PMI or project‑delivery environments. Background in service delivery or customer‑facing roles. Technical qualification (e.g., Computer Science). Familiarity with MoD/JSP standards, Secure by Design, and NCSC guidance.
