Overview
Organisational Development Assistant Trainee - Recruit-Ability Programme at WMJobs (Walsall Council). This Positive Action training initiative provides paid work experience and training placements for disabled people. Participants can expect full support, advice and access to training courses.
Responsibilities
* Provide support for trainers and coaches to deliver Organisational Development Change Management Support to the wider organisation.
* Use a booking system and assist with daily administration.
* Help set up for training and events.
* Promote training and development opportunities using the SharePoint site.
Qualifications and Skills
* Understanding of computer packages including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
* Ability to communicate well with others and a knowledge of what good customer service looks and feels like.
Placement Details
Ref: RT03525. 18.5 hours per week - fixed term for 12 months.
Training allowance of approx. £12,206 per annum / £12.65 per hour (based on a full-time allowance of £24,413 per annum).
Organisation Context
Our Organisational Development (OD) Team lead on change within Walsall Council by improving services, engaging and motivating staff, and developing their talents and potential through training. The OD team supports delivery of training and development across the organisation.
