We are seeking a motivated Administrative Clerk to provide high quality administrative support and ensure the smooth day to day operations of our Rehabilitation in the Home Service (RITH) office based in South Guildford. The successful applicant shall provide comprehensive and efficient clerical, reception and support services to RITH.
Our Rehabilitation in the Home (RITH) enables eligible patients to be transferred home and receive hospital standard care to complete their recovery. The service is managed by the SMHS Community Services program.
The Rehabilitation in the Home service:
• enables you to receive safe, quality care in the comfort of your home.
• can reduce your length of hospital stay
• lessens the likelihood of emergency hospital care.
