SEN Teaching Assistant
Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, kind-hearted Teaching Assistant to join an EYFS School in Stockton on Tees to work on a long-term basisstarting in September!
You’ll be joining an inclusive and supportive school, focused on equality and learning.
This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school, supporting pupils in reaching their full potential.
What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:
1. Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students.
2. Supporting phonics, early reading, and numeracy.
3. Observe, monitor, and record children’s progress to support assessment.
4. Provide additional support to children with SEND under the guidance of the teacher.
Essential Qualifications:
5. Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting
6. Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
7. Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc) or relevant experience
8. A paediatric or basic first aid qualification as this is working alongside EYFS students.
