About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will:
1. Develop and lead an always-on digital marketing strategy across social media, email, websites, and a soon-to-launch mobile app
2. Drive engaging, personalised content that reflects our brand values-community, value, charity, ESG, and diversity
3. Shape our CRM strategy across the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and advocacy
4. Optimise digital campaign performance through analytics, segmentation, and A/B testing
5. Champion innovations in AI and emerging tools to enhance marketing efficiency and creativity
6. Support our mission to be the leading community retailer by promoting programmes like Helping Hearts and Pennies
