The Opportunity
Joining the Commercial Architectural Team, you will:
1. Contribute to projects across all RIBA work stages, with a particular emphasis on technical design and delivery.
2. Develop schemes from initial concept through to Planning, Tender and Construction documentation.
3. Produce high‑quality technical drawings and models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop and other design software.
4. Apply a solid understanding of Building Regulations to ensure compliance and innovation.
5. Support colleagues in meeting project deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
6. Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
What We’re Looking For...
The ideal candidate will bring:
7. Relevant Architecture degree qualification.
8. CIAT membership.
9. Demonstrable experience within UK architecture.
10. A portfolio that demonstrates both design creativity and technical detailing skills.
11. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modelling software (knowledge of Revit, SketchUp and Photoshop is highly desirable).
12. Experience preparing and coordinating NBS specifications (advantageous).
13. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
14. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when required.
