Despatch Administrator/Logistics Co-Ordinator Our Client, one of Northern Ireland's leading multi-metal stockholders and distributors, is looking to appoint a Despatch Administrator/Logistics Co-Ordinator to join their Belfast team. You will be responsible for the accurate administration of all incoming and outgoing goods and maintaining accurate stock records. Key Responsibilities: Processing sales orders Filing/Scanning of sales and purchase invoices, test certificates, despatch notes and any other correspondence as required. Dealing with visitors (customers and couriers) to the despatch office in a professional and courteous manner. Processing goods inwards on the system, ensuring that the same is carried out in a timely and accurate manner. Liaising with the sales office, warehouse and finance department as required Key Criteria: Office based role with previous experience minimum 2 years in office admin environment. Experience of Microsoft Excel & Word essential Excellent organisational skills. Skills: Organisational Skills Excellent customer service Computer Literacy
