To Provide a Clinical Pharmacy Ward Service And Undertake Directorate Level Working For ONE Clinical Area Where The Current Post-holder Is Currently On Maternity Leave, Namely Gastroenterology OR Endocrine OR Acute Medicine Provide professional pharmaceutical services, including reviewing prescriptions, dispensing aseptic preparation, and clinical pharmacy services in all areas of the department. Supervise/provide professional support to junior pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, students and support staff. Managed by principal pharmacist for the area. To act as an independent prescriber once registered with the GPhC in line with local policy and entered in the trust NMP register.
