ABOUT GRIT PICTURES
Grit Pictures is a craft-led film production company based in Brighouse, creating bold, ideas-first commercial films for brands across the UK.
We’re a small, friendly, highly collaborative team who care deeply about creative quality and how we work together. We believe great creative work comes from strong systems, calm organisation, and a studio environment where people can focus on doing their best work.
We are currently evolving how the studio operates, putting process, clarity, and team wellbeing at the centre of everything we do. This role is a key part of that change.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Studio Coordinator (Junior) to become the organisational heartbeat of our studio.
This is an operational and coordination role focused on keeping communication, scheduling, and daily studio flow running smoothly. It is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, organisation, and problem-solving.
This is not a creative production pathway role. While you’ll work closely alongside a creative team and learn how a busy studio operates, the primary focus is operational support and coordination.
Your work will help protect the team’s focus, reduce chaos, and ensure projects and people stay organised.
