As the Registered Manager, you will:
6. Lead the fostering service and maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations
7. Develop and deliver strategic plans to achieve Outstanding ratings
8. Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff and foster carers
9. Ensure high-quality therapeutic care for children and young people
10. Manage relationships with commissioners, stakeholders, and multi-agency teams
11. Contribute to business development and service expansion
Essential requirements of this Registered Manager role:
12. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
13. Recognised Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England
14. Experience in safeguarding and fostering or looked-after children
15. Proven leadership and strategic planning experience
16. Strong understanding of fostering legislation, NMS, and the Children Act
17. Full UK driving licence
