We have an opportunity to join the South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team based in East Kilbride Local Office. This is a permanent part-time role working 17.5 hours per week, with shifts from Monday to Thursday 08:45 – 16:45 and Friday 08:45 – 16:15.

You will be part of a successful, well-established administration team working in a fast-paced environment. As a Grade 1 Level 4 Clerical Assistant, your duties include liaising with colleagues and external agencies, providing clerical support such as minute taking for the Family Placement Team, data entry into our Social Work Case Management system, word processing, arranging meetings, maintaining spreadsheets, handling phone calls, and other administrative tasks.
We seek enthusiastic, motivated applicants with excellent IT, organizational, communication skills, and experience in minute taking.
