Position: Governance & Regulation Manager
Salary: £62,537
Location: Birmingham Business Park / Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and managing governance arrangements to ensure effective board and committee liaison and management and board member development
2. Leading a high quality governance advice and support team, ensuring compliance with corporate governance legislation and regulations.
3. Overseeing the development and implementation of an appropriate governance framework to support internal and external stakeholders
