 1. Day to day supervision of operatives
 2. Pricing and Coding of tenanted and void properties
 3. Pre & Post inspections of works
 4. Organising and allocating operative workload in association with the program
 5. Tool box talks & health and safety monitoring
 6. Travelling between properties
 7. Liaising with the client and tenants over works
Skills
 8. Proven experience in supervising teams within a social housing environment
 9. Previous pricing/coding experience in social housing properties (essential)
 10. Experience in 1 or multiple trades (painting/decorating, carpentry, tiling, plumbing, groundworks)
 11. Previous client facing experience
 12. Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately.
 13. Strong problem-solving skills, with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
