National Head of Finance
Location: Knottingley, West Yorkshire
Salary: £75k - £85k per annum plus car allowance
Hours: Full‑time, Permanent

Responsibilities
As National Head of Finance, you will play the key leadership role in financial management, reporting, and strategic decision‑making. You will support our Group Chief Executive Officer and provide sound financial advice to the members and senior management colleagues to help drive financial sustainability across the organisation. You will oversee financial governance to ensure that the organisation complies with company law, maintains company records, and is accountable for reporting any relevant changes to Companies House and HMRC. As a confident and experienced leader you will manage a talented Finance Team across England and Scotland supported by the Deputy Head of Finance.
Qualifications
If you're a qualified accountant with leadership experience in a national organisation, and relevant experience in a senior finance role within the health and social care sector, we want to hear from you. We prefer candidates who are ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified, with demonstrable senior leadership experience in a large national organisation, and a background in not‑for‑profit or public sector finance.
