Job Description:

This position is remote. The pay is up to £500 per day.


Key job responsibilities:

* Must be fluent in Italian.
* Combine marketing and content savvy with strong project management skills to handle multiple workflows.
* Experience with content adaptation work, either in a creative agency or on the client side.
* Understand content quality aspects to ensure timely and quality deliverables from agencies.
* Experience with DAM/MLR tools.


Position Purpose:

The CE&E IMI team designs impactful customer experiences for HCPs and patients through integrated engagements and solutions. The Content Adaptation Manager works closely with the Agency of choice to deliver quality creative adaptations of centrally created content based on inputs from the CX Engagement & Channels team. The role also manages the process between the CX Engagement & Channel Team and the Content Hub Production team, ensuring briefs are received, uploaded, and well-understood for localization.


Major Accountabilities:

* Collaborate with the Cx Engagement & Activation Director and Agency to understand customer journeys and content plans, managing creative adaptations accordingly.
* Brief Content Hub Production on content creation and manage revision rounds.
* Support adaptation of above-market content to local regulations.
* Manage content tracking, demand forecasting, and prioritization to ensure timely execution.
* Coordinate with Content Hub and Cx Activation Director to deliver engagement plans via localization.


Minimum Requirements:

* Fluent in Italian.
* Marketing and content savvy with strong project management skills.
* Experience with content adaptation in a creative agency or on the client side.
* Understanding of content quality management.
* Experience with DAM/MLR tools.


Desirable Requirements:

* Understanding of the regulatory environment for marketing to HCPs.
* Strong communication and project management skills.
* Collaborative attitude and ability to partner with agencies.
