About this role
* The Service Manager will provide strategic leadership in the development and delivery of an innovative, high-quality service for carers across Croydon.
* Working collaboratively with carers and colleagues, the role will drive continuous learning, service improvements, and strong partnership engagement to ensure that carers receive meaningful and responsive support.
