Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule all jobs through the manufacturing facility, utilising plant and resources efficiently.
* Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Stores to meet customer delivery deadlines.
* Support quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Quality department.
* Monitor capacity and proactively plan stocked product across the business.
* Maintain accurate ERP and MRP system data to support planning and reporting.
* Act as the central point of communication between departments for production planning.
Experience / Qualifications
* Proven experience in cost engineering and estimating for machined components.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar engineering manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of ERP and MRP planning tools in make-to-order settings.
* Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
* Clear communicator with strong interpersonal abilities.
* Proficient PC skills with good time management capabilities.
* A collaborative team player with the ability to work across functions.
What you can expect
