CHANGE / DELIVERY MANAGER6-Month Contract£400–450/day (Outside IR35)Hybrid – Worcestershire (3 days on-site)
REED Technology are working with a client who is seeking experienced Change / Delivery Managers to support multiple active business transformation initiatives.These roles sit at the heart of delivery — progressing established frameworks and ensuring strategic change is implemented effectively across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of defined change initiatives
* Manage backlog prioritisation and drive continuous improvement
* Oversee UAT coordination and manage SME engagement
* Conduct and oversee gap analysis
* Drive alignment between business and technology teams
* Provide structured, insightful reporting to senior leadership
Essential Experience
* Strong track record delivering change within Wealth Management
* Experience within large advisory or financial services environments
* Ability to enhance existing frameworks rather than build from scratch
* Strong governance, reporting and delivery discipline
You are commercially aware, strategically minded, and execution-focused, with the ability to operate within complex, regulated environments. You bring clarity, structure, and momentum to change initiatives already in motion.
