Overview
Account Executive – Challenger Brand, Natural Energy & Gut Health Focus
Field-based with regular travel across the UK
We’re hiring for one of our favourite challenger brands - a fast-growing team on a mission to make the most powerful wild superfruit a household name.
They’ve grown 350% in the last two years, gone international, and landed listings with the likes of Sainsbury’s, Ocado, Planet Organic, and Selfridges. Now, they need an Account Executive who’s ready to jump in and help build a seriously exciting part of the business.
This role is all about owning the wholesale and indie retail channel (think CLF, Diverse, Greencity, Cakesmiths) and helping scale that presence even further. You’ll also get hands-on with premium retail like Selfridges and Harvey Nichols, ensuring the brand shows up with impact on-shelf.
You’ll report directly into the Head of Sales and be travelling regularly across the UK (London, Bristol, Brighton, Glasgow, Edinburgh… the works). If you like a desk job, this one isn’t for you.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing and growing key wholesale customers
* Supporting trade activity across the country
* Working closely with sales and marketing to deliver killer promotions and activations
* Feeding insights and feedback back into the team
* Repping a brand that actually does sustainability, not just says it
What we’re looking for
* 1+ years in FMCG sales (ideally with wholesaler experience)
* Someone who loves to travel and meet people face-to-face
* Highly organised, proactive and naturally commercial
* Up for a hustle, not afraid to get stuck in
* Passionate about sustainability, health, and building something from the ground up
