We are looking for a dynamic Showroom Manager to take the reins of our Salisbury showroom. This isnt just a management role; its about inspiring customers, mentoring a creative team, and ensuring every client walks away with their dream home.
As Showroom Manager, you will be the face of the branch. Youll oversee the end-to-end customer journeyfrom the first spark of inspiration to the final installation.
Lead & Motivate: Manage and coach a team of designers to meet and exceed sales targets.
Design Excellence: Ensure the showroom looks impeccable and that every design produced is both functional and stunning.
Oversee budgets, lead generation, and local marketing initiatives.
Experienced: You have a proven track record in KBB (Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms) or high-end interior retail management.
Design Savvy: Youre comfortable with design software (e.g., CAD, Winner, or 2020) and have a keen eye for detail.
Sales-Driven: You love the thrill of closing a deal and know how to build long-term relationships with trade and retail clients.
