Head of Operations
Location: North West London
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:30pm I Up to 3 days working from home
This is a senior, hands‑on role where you will become the operational backbone of the business. Working closely with the CEO, you will design, implement and optimise systems, processes and ways of working that bring clarity, consistency and scalability to a growing operation, while preserving a strong people‑first culture.
This role will suit a commercially minded operational leader who enjoys building from the ground up, leading teams through change and embedding smarter, more efficient ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and unify warehouse, logistics, cleaning and facilities teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end service delivery
* Design and implement operational systems that improve visibility, efficiency and control
* Oversee commercial operations including finance reporting, administration, HR processes, governance and facilities
* Partner with the CEO on budgeting, performance targets and operational roadmaps
* Introduce and manage agile project management frameworks to ensure priorities are clear and delivered
* Champion data‑driven decision‑making through KPIs, dashboards and reporting
* Drive continuous improvement across teams, processes and operational performance
About You
* Proven experience in a senior operations role such as Head of Operations, Commercial Operations or Project Director
* Strong track record of creating structure within fast‑moving, creative or logistics‑led environments
* Experienced in systems implementation, programme and project management and process improvement
* Commercially and financially literate with a data‑driven mindset
* Confident, credible communicator who builds trust and accountability
* Hands‑on, solutions‑focused and comfortable building operational foundations from scratch
