🧠Your Role:
As our Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our tenants and customers—providing housing advice, resolving enquiries, and supporting our headquarters team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering a first-time resolution approach across multiple channels: phone, email, social media, and in person
* Logging communications in our in-house system (QL)
* Processing payments and supporting administrative tasks
* Assisting with facilities management and post services
🎯 What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in customer service and working within a team
* Strong communication skills, especially in challenging situations
* Understanding of data protection
