Description The role As a Project Coordinator, you'll work within our NSW Project Team, ensuring successful delivery of major projects according to contractual commitments. Reporting to the NSW Project Manager, the role will cover all aspects of contracts administration including: Liaising with our Drafting Team to organise engineering submittals & production drawings, Working with our production sites to schedule customer orders, Liaising with customers on delivery requirements and project status, Assisting with the preparation of monthly progress claims Preparing reports for Management, Operating ERP systems to record, document or capture information, Preparing project folders and documents, Assisting with incoming enquiries from staff, subcontractors and clients. Requirements To be considered for this role applicants must possess: Experience working for a construction business in a Project Co-ordination / Administration or similar capacity Proficient computer / IT skills Exceptional interpersonal skills Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills A keen eye for detail, strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced team environment
