We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team, specialising in Passive Fire, Joinery and Fire Stopping projects. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of project delivery while playing a key part in shaping the future growth of operations across the Midlands. Office located in Northampton.
Project Manager - Roles and Responsibilities
* Deliver remedial projects across the Midlands.
* Prepare and manage RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
* Carry out site visits and audits to ensure quality and compliance.
* Support business growth by helping to regionalise operations in the East Midlands.
* Contribute to team development and expansion plans.
Project Manager Requirments:
* FIRAS or BMTRADA qualified (essential).
* Strong background in Passive Fire, Joinery & Fire Stopping.
* Experience with high-rise or school projects (preferred).
* Ability to travel across the Midlands (full UK driving licence required).
* Organised, with excellent project delivery and management skills.
* Flexible working between site and home, with rare office visits.
Project Manager Benefits:
* Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience).
* £5,000 car allowance or company car.
* Pension contribution match: 3%.
* 15% annual bonus.
* 1% commission on project work brought in.
* 24 days holiday + bank holidays (option to buy and carry over).
* Private health cover.
* Death in service benefit: 3 x annual salary.
* 6-month probation, with salary review after probation and annually thereafter.
