Roofing Contracts Manager – Flat Roofing
Location: Based from Barnet Head Office, with site coverage across London and the South East
Sector: Roofing (Flat Roofing Focus)
We are seeking a highly capable Contracts Manager with specialist expertise in flat roofing to oversee the successful delivery of projects across London and the South East. Based from a Barnet head office, you will play a key role in managing flat roofing operations, working closely alongside our existing Contracts Manager, who leads on pitched roofing schemes across planned maintenance works on social housing.
This dual-management structure ensures strong, balanced leadership across our growing roofing division.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day delivery of multiple flat roofing projects from start to completion
* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely delivery
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments to maintain strong working relationships
* Ensure all works comply with relevant health & safety legislation, company policies, and specifications
* Monitor project performance against budget and programme, reporting regularly to senior management
* Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings as required
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing flat roofing projects, ideally across a range of sectors
* Ideally you were a Roofer and worked your way up
* Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites concurrently
* Excellent knowledge of health & safety practices and quality assurance standards
* Confident communicator who can work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
