Job description

The Area Sales Manager is expected to promote Ariston UK’s full range of products, offering our range of domestic products to Merchants, Installers & Contractors within the heating and renewable industry. The core objective will be to target the domestic market, holding meetings, developing presentations and networking effectively to enhance brand awareness and support an increase in sales revenue.


Job responsibilities

* Grow and nurture our existing stakeholders, as well as targeting new opportunities, to successfully increase Ariston UK’s market presence and brand reputation.
* Key contact in relation to sales within Ariston UK, both internally and externally.
* Nurture existing customer relationships and drive business growth, by proactively identifying and developing new opportunities.
* Awareness of competitor products and market trends, to ensure we stay ahead of the market, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
* Proficient in the use of systems and software to collate, analyse and present data with confidence, discussing the details to all stakeholders where required.
* CRM management and review in relation to Sales information.
* Excel management and review in relation to Sales data.
* Product knowledge within the industry, with clear understanding of USPs and technical information in respect of boilers, heat pumps and water heaters.
* Demonstrated ability to discuss all brands within Ariston UK (Ariston, Elco, ATAG) with familiarity and ease, including the full product range within each brand.
* Understanding of industry legislation and ethical best practices.
* Any other reasonable tasks assigned within the trade sales area of responsibility.


Skill set required

* Confidence in usage of full Microsoft suite including Excel + PowerPoint
* Prior experience with input, analysing and outputting data in CRM system
* Communication of a professional corporate nature both written and verbal
