Reports to the Compensation Specialist
As Reward Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expert analysis and administration across the full spectrum of reward and shareplan activities ensuring our package remains complaint and competitive to attract, retain and motivate top talent.
What you'll be doing
1. Own and lead the full share plan life cycle: participant onboarding, allocations, leaver management, and reporting.
2. Prepare quarterly papers for Remuneration Committee and Board approval. Ensure all share plan activities are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
3. Support annual pay and incentive review, overseeing processes from data modelling and validation to participant management.
4. Maintain and manage reward-related data, upholding integrity in systems such as Workday and HRSoft; assist with audits, the Aztec Job Catalogue, and job evaluations.
5. Coordinate survey submissions and benchmarking activities, collecting data for market analysis and competitiveness insights.
6. Analyse benefit data, support benefit renewals, onboard new vendors, and ensure thorough process documentation to inform strategy.
7. Contribute to policy compliance, including regulatory reporting (e.g., EU Pay Transparency, Gender Pay Gap), and ensure adherence to internal governance standards.
8. Manage employee-facing reward communications, respond to queries, update materials for annual events and new hires, to support employee engagement.
9. Identify and recommend process improvements, drawing on feedback and experience,
10. Support team projects and initiatives.

11. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of Reward and Share Plans
12. Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from multiple datasets
13. Robust numeracy and data management skills
14. Meticulous attention to detail whilst balancing multiple and competing priorities
15. Proven administration and organisational skills
16. Excel and data visualisation skills (PowerPoint, Visio)
17. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across the business and with service providers
18. Quick to learn new information, processes, and procedures, and able to bring insight on best practice and challenge the status quo where necessary
19. Knowledge of taxation in one or more jurisdictions is highly desirable

We will provide the training, both in-house for relevant technical knowledge and also for professional qualifications to enhance your ability to provide sound accountancy services.
