We are currently working with a school in Hounslow who are on the hunt for a well-established Behaviour Mentor to join their team from September 2024. What this role will look like As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working with challenging pupils who find school life a difficulty. These pupils tend to display disruptive behaviour both in class and around the school, often have difficulty regulating their emotions, and need support to get their schooling journey back on track. You will be expected to provide a 'firm-but-fair' approach, offer them a safe space, and use your personable & resilient character to support them in achieving well both behaviourally and academically by getting to the root of their behaviour.
