Pay: £20.55 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Flexibility Required: Evenings and weekends may be required
Location: Local authority / field-based role
Driving Licence: Essential
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pest Control Technician to join our team, delivering a high-quality pest control service across residential, commercial and public-sector sites. This is a hands-on role requiring professionalism, technical knowledge and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out pest control treatments and inspections in line with legislation and best practice

Identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate control measures
*
Complete detailed reports, treatment records and risk assessments
*
Provide advice and guidance to customers on pest prevention
*
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
*
Maintain equipment, vehicles and materials responsibly
*
Represent the organisation professionally while working independently in the field
Essential Requirements
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Relevant pest control qualifications (e.g. RSPH Level 2 or equivalent)
*
Proven experience working as a Pest Control Technician
*
Strong knowledge of pest control legislation and safe treatment methods
*
Good communication and customer service skills
*
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
*
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
