Location: Bradford / hybrid working (2 to 3 office days a week)



Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.



We have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Support Co-ordinator to join the Asset Delivery directorate at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers. Could this be you?

In AMP8 Asset Delivery will deliver a multi-billion pound programme of capital investment across YW’s clean and wastewater assets. The Capital Programme is growing by over 50% as we move into AMP8.



The Programme Support Co-ordinator role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of Delivery, Engineering and PMO activities. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the programme teams, including logistical support.



This role requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to achieve prescribed outcomes.



Where you fit in:



As our Programme Support Coordinator you will;



* Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support the team. To include the booking and management of programme related meetings with internal or external colleagues
* Provide project administration support services to all teams within Asset Delivery
* Support communication activities, such as presentations and dissemination of key information to vendors, training/testing events and team building events
* Managing purchase requisitions, payments, purchase orders and associated tracking
* Provide a range of programme support services across the project lifecycle in order to facilitate programme performance



What skills & qualifications you will need:



* Have an eye for detail and excellent organisational skills with the ability to proactively self-manage own workload whilst maintaining effective operational relationships
* Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Sharepoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and be confident in using IT in your everyday role.
* A proactive and can do approach
* Experience of compiling, interpreting, and communicating data.
* Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
* Able to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and proven time and workload management.
* Understanding of programme administration, working within a structured project management environment.
* Basic analytical and reporting skills; experience of interrogating corporate systems, analysing & interpreting data.



You will also benefit from having:



* Previous experience in a projects/engineering and / or regulated environment.
* Previous experience gained within the water or waste water sectors or within the broader utilities, process or manufacturing industry sectors.
* Experience of programme and project management/administration, working within a structured project management framework.
