We’re recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary of £24525 for this Hybrid role. What you'll be doing:
1. Managing customer contact across various channels, focusing on more complex queries
2. Supporting vulnerable customers by understanding their individual needs and circumstances
3. Delivering fair outcomes and building strong, lasting customer relationships
4. Using internal systems to provide a seamless and compliant customer experience
5. Sharing feedback and ideas to improve our services, products, and processes
6. Investigating and resolving customer complaints with care and professionalism
7. Identifying opportunities to retain business and generate leads
8. Taking ownership of your personal development and career progression
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
9. A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service
10. Strong communication skills with an empathetic and authentic approach
11. Ability to adapt your style to suit different customer needs and situations
12. Confidence using computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office
13. A team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others
14. Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential
15. A proactive mindset with a focus on getting things right first time
16. Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive environment
