Posts are available across the following wards: Newton, Dee, Windsor, Fern Wards.

Note: If the initial work base is at Windsor House, there will be an expectation to re-site the services to Mossley Hill, where the staff base/location will change.
Role Expectations
* Utilising and developing specialist knowledge to provide professional, up-to-date interventions within a designated Occupational Therapy Service.
* Assisting in the organisational development, coordination, and evaluation of the Occupational Therapy Service, in conjunction with the Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist, Professional Lead for Occupational Therapy, and relevant Team/Service Manager.
* Contributing to an environment that collaborates with local services to provide evidence-based assessment and care, using the Model of Human Occupation, within the context of the patient journey.
* Continuing professional development and supporting the development of other Occupational Therapy staff.
* Maintaining a flexible approach to working hours to meet client needs.
Experience Requirements
* Experience in service development and innovation.
* Experience in supervision and mentorship of others.
