Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, clinically qualified Pharmacy professional with a GPHC registration who has a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services. The role is home-based in the North West Region.
The role is a Clinical Lead & Customer Onboarding Advisor. In this role, you will ensure accurate medication dispensing, provide clinical advice to patients, and contribute to developing our health tech solutions. If you enjoy creating reports, documents, and visual aids, this role offers opportunities to innovate and improve patient care strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical advice and lead monthly clinical reviews.
* Update the clinical Hazard Log.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, customers, and suppliers to optimise medication therapy management.
* Utilise our health tech platform to enhance patient engagement and medication adherence.
* Provide clinical input on new product ideas, features, change requests, and system bugs.
* Check pre-production features for clinical accuracy, manage change requests and bugs.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in healthcare delivery.
Additional Responsibilities (non-clinical):
* Create visual materials for presentations.
* Contribute to product development.
* Customer support and onboarding.
* User training and refresher sessions.
* Gather customer feedback for product improvements.
* Assist in product marketing activities.
* Coordinate operational activities.
Required Background & Experience:
* Registered Pharmacist or Accuracy Checking Technician with current licensure.
* Strong clinical knowledge and pharmacy practice experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
* Proficiency in creating reports, documents, and visual aids is a plus.
* Commitment to patient-centred care and professional development.
* Interest or experience in health tech and digital health solutions.
Salary ranges from £30,000 to £45,000 (pro-rata), with benefits and opportunities for growth. The environment is dynamic and innovative, with a focus on shaping future healthcare through technology. Home working is available.
