Job Description
At Home Instead East Herts, we're on the lookout for caring individuals for our evening shifts. As a Care Professional, you'll provide essential support and companionship to the elderly in East Herts. Enjoy the rewards of making a genuine difference, while benefiting from flexible part‑time hours.
Responsibilities
* You don't need experience in social care - full training is provided. What matters most is that you are:
o Compassionate and caring
o Resilient and dependable
o Open to learning and developing new skills
o A team player who works well with others
o A driver with a full UK or international licence and Business Insurance
Qualifications
* Experience is not required; we offer in‑depth in‑house training.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English.
* Must have dependable transportation for various duties.
* Superior organisational and time management skills.
* A caring, friendly disposition to create lasting relationships.
