This is a hands-on role combining delivery with eventual curriculum ownership and is designed for someone who wants to build and shape a provision rather than inherit a finished structure. This opportunity will suit an ambitious practitioner who is motivated by progression and future management responsibility, not someone seeking a static senior delivery role.\n\nThe role\nIn the early stages, you will deliver and assess Business Administration apprenticeship standards while reviewing, refining, and taking ownership of curriculum resources and the overall delivery approach.
You will ensure delivery aligns with ESFA funding rules, quality standards, and organisational values, and that learners receive a consistently high-quality experience.
