What you’ll do
* Assist customers with their daily living tasks to develop their independence, achieve their goals and outcomes documented in their support plans.
* Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services.
* Support customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments.
* Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
* Help customers build independence and prepare for their move‑on into the community.

You have
* A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care, or willingness to work towards this.
* Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working together with an eye for detail.
* Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally.
* Experience of working on own initiative, remaining calm under pressure and having a resilient approach.
* A flexible, personal approach, listening to customers to understand their needs, recognising that every customer is different.

The practical bits
* Flexible working hours. We pay £50 per shift.
* To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage!
* Using technology for creating and updating support plans, doing mandatory learning and keeping in touch with colleagues.
* You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.

* This is a job with weekly pay and you’ll be paid 1 week in arrears from when you worked.
