You’ll be at the heart of a modern international grill restaurant, an exclusive In Residence dining service, and special event catering including the Formula One British Grand Prix.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading a team of chefs to deliver outstanding food quality and service
* Managing kitchen costs, budgets and supplier relationships
* Driving menu innovation to keep our offering fresh and exciting
* Ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our restaurant and events
* Collaborating closely with management to uphold brand standards
We’re looking for someone with:
* Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end environment
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Experience managing busy kitchen operations, including events and restaurant services
* A passion for culinary excellence and creativity
