Management Level H Role Summary The Email Broadcast Team (EBT) are responsible for providing a bulk email communications service. The service EBT provides, supports multiple Products that EQ administer on behalf of clients. We collaborate with various key stakeholders across EQ, including Meeting Management, Employee Services (SAYE & Premier), Dividends, Corporate Actions, Retirement Solutions and USSS. Reporting to the Team Manager you will have responsibility to ensure a quality service is delivered to defined deadlines. Core Duties/Responsibilities Successfully deliver the Email Broadcast service to EQ clients as required adhering to deadlines. Working as part of a team, using HTML coding and formatting to create an email broadcast. Ability to manage the larger, complex, multiple mailing tasks concurrently. Responsibility for the release of email broadcasts following a clear release instruction via a 3rd party tool. Planning, organisation and prioritisation of tasks. Ensuring the Team and key stakeholders are kept up to date on progress on scheduled tasks, with any issues immediately escalated. Overseas work, provides on the job training, coaching and support to less experienced team members. Collaborates and provides SME support to team and business stakeholders, demonstrating expansive technical and design knowledge & skill. Resolves and responds to complex queries, escalating accordingly. Skills, Capabilities and Attributes Technical proficiency (competent in HTML coding, proficient in the use of Microsoft software with an ability to use a variety of tools and systems. Display strong leadership qualities to successfully deliver the Email Broadcast day to day services. Effective use of time management with a strong desire to deliver an exceptional quality customer service. Superior communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent attention to detail and recognises problems. Identifies process improvements, shares best practice in immediate area of work responsibility and in the wider EQ environment to support continuous improvement across the business. Collaborates on team and with business stakeholders and willing to work outside core hours to ensure deadlines are met. Quick to learn, and able to work on own initiative maintaining focus.
