What You’ll Be Doing
As the go‑to person for the Much Wenlock branch, you will lead a fantastic team, build strong relationships with customers, and ensure the branch stays profitable and runs like clockwork. You will deliver top‑notch service, drive sales, boost profit, and maintain a safe environment.

Working Hours
Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, with two Saturdays every 4 weeks (8:00 am – 12:00 pm). Enjoy your weekends off!
Responsibilities
* Lead a high‑performing team; inspire, coach, and develop staff to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.
* Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and suppliers to create an excellent experience.
* Drive sales strategy and operational excellence: boost revenue while managing stock, deliveries, and day‑to‑day operations.
* Maintain health and safety standards and ensure a safe, efficient working environment.
* Recruit, train, and mentor staff to grow careers and foster a positive work culture.

* Strong leader with experience motivating, delegating, and developing teams.
* Comfortable delegating responsibilities to staff.
