Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Manage and develop assigned key accounts to strengthen client relationships and meet contractual obligations.
2. Financial Oversight: Oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L) for assigned accounts, focusing on financial health and profitability.
3. Operational Leadership: Ensure the effective delivery of services through daily management of site staff, meeting all commercial and financial targets.
4. Client Meetings: Lead regular client meetings to maintain open communication, address issues, and align on project goals.
5. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on operational and financial performance, providing updates to the Business Unit Lead and Senior Leadership.
Qualifications and Experience:
6. Experience in account management within a service-oriented industry.
7. Strong customer focus with proven relationship management skills.
8. Financial acumen with a history of meeting budget and revenue targets.
9. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and operational best practices.
10. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
