Location: Grenoside Grange, Sheffield (UK-wide contact possible)
Rates: £90 - £115 per hour
Shifts: 3 full days, 2 half days (one half day will be Wednesday) per week.

About The Role
As a locum Consultant Psychiatrist, you will work within multidisciplinary teams to provide high‑quality psychiatric care to adults with complex mental health needs. Your responsibilities may include:
* Conducting psychiatric assessments and reviews
* Leading treatment planning and clinical decision‑making
* Supporting junior medical staff and MDTs
* Liaising with community services and external partners
Essential
* MBBS or equivalent medical degree
* Full GMC registration with a licence to practice
* Section 12/Section 22 and Approved/Responsible Clinician status (or eligibility)
* Current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or PVG check, or willingness to undergo one as part of the registration process
* Experience in adult mental health settings
* UK Right to Work
* A flexible, collaborative, and patient‑focused approach
Desirable
* CCT in Old Age Psychiatry (or within 6 months of achieving it)
