Job Title: Sales & Operations Planning Manager
Location: Knottingley (Hybrid)
Salary: c£60,000 + package
Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Elevation Recruitment Group's Supply Chain division is exclusively supporting a leading international manufacturing organisation in the appointment of a Sales & Operations Planning Manager.

This is a confidential opportunity to join a well-established, international business, reporting directly to the Sales Director (UK) and managing a team of Internal Sales Account Executives, this role will lead sales administration, business process compliance, and system governance to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This position offers strong leadership development opportunities, including internal training and externally accredited programmes to support career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain demand data for financial forecasts, long-range planning (LRP) and budgets
Ensure accurate forecast management within the sales environment
Provide effective sales administration to maximise internal and external confidence
Identify and resolve issues impacting customer requirements
Produce internal reporting and business information for stakeholders at various levels
Create, maintain and improve procedures within the sales administration function to ensure ISO and SOX compliance
Manage and monitor SAP processes including customer master data, blocked orders, failed invoicing and transition issues
Support sales projects at both customer and Group level
Lead, develop and engage a team of Internal Sales Account Executives
Foster a high-performing, customer-focused team environment

About You

Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes, ISO procedures, audit standards and SOX compliance
Highly proficient SAP user
Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office capability
Strong people management and leadership skills
Analytical, solutions-focused mindset
Confident communicator with an engaging presentation style
Results-driven with strong organisational commitment
