Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment is currently seeking an ambitious Graduate Purchase Ledger Assistant to join an established Finance team in Slough. This role will require the successful candidate to commute to their outstanding offices 5 days a week.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates at the start of their finance career as it is offering structured Study Support towards ACCA or CIMA qualifications.
About the Role
* You will assist with all aspects of purchase ledger activity including control accounts, supplier reconciliations, and timely processing of payments and invoices.
* Responsibilities include managing supplier invoices, helping with payments to sub-contractors, staff expenses, mileage claims, and supporting wider divisional teams.
* You’ll maintain accurate documentation, resolve queries promptly, and ensure compliance with company policies.
* The role is a perfect entry-point into finance with ongoing support for professional development.
What We’re Looking For
* Recent graduate (Finance or related degree preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines
* Eager to learn, proactive, and collaborative team player
* Good working knowledge of Excel desirable
