HR Advisor – FMCG ManufacturingLocation: North YorkshireSalary: £32,000 to £38,000 plus benefitsWorking Pattern: Full time, on siteWe are working with a growing FMCG manufacturing business in North Yorkshire to recruit an HR Advisor to join their friendly, site-based HR team.This is a hands-on role where you will be visible on the shop floor, working closely with managers and employees and supporting the full employee lifecycle. It is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, building relationships and being part of a fast-paced operational environment.What you will be doingProvide day to day HR advice and support to managers and employees, acting as the first point of contact for HR queriesSupport and manage employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, absence and welfare casesManage onboarding and offboarding activity, HR systems, employee records and associated administrationSupport engagement, wellbeing, training and wider HR projects across the siteWhat we are looking forPrevious experience in a HR Advisor or HR generalist role within a fast-paced environment, ideally FMCG or manufacturingConfident advising managers and handling ER cases with a sound understanding of UK employment lawHighly organised, detail focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities independentlyStrong communicator who builds effective relationships, with CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experienceWhy consider this roleThis is a great chance to join a people focused FMCG manufacturing business where HR is very much part of day to day life on site.
