As a Digital Sales Advisor, you’ll be a key part of our contact centre network, working with one of the best brands in the industry. You’ll be supported by experienced leaders and provided with the resources, tools, and environment to succeed and develop your career, regardless of your background. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for digital sales inquiries, listening attentively to customer needs and recommending suitable products and services. You’ll manage digital sales inquiries across all channels for the BMW, MINI, and Motorrad divisions, converting inquiries into appointments, test drives, and sales opportunities, while building strong customer relationships with satisfaction at the core of your work.

We’re looking for someone who:
* Has previous customer-facing experience, ideally within the automotive industry.
* Is confident in communication, with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport.
* Is proficient with computer systems and familiar with Microsoft Office; database experience is a plus.
* Can adhere to company and manufacturer policies.
* Is passionate about the automotive industry and serving customers.
