We're an established engineering and manufacturing business where technology plays a key role in everything we do — from Microsoft 365 and ERP through to cloud-connected machinery and customer data platforms.
We're looking for a hands-on IT specialist to take ownership of all IT systems across the business. This is a practical technical role — not a management position. You'll be the go-to person for everything IT: keeping systems running smoothly, supporting users, improving processes, and delivering digital projects.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting users and resolving day-to-day IT issues
* Managing servers, networks, backups, and Microsoft 365
* Supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP
* Improving processes with SharePoint and automation
* Maintaining cloud and IoT platforms
* Ensuring strong security standards
What we're looking for:
* Strong hands-on infrastructure and Microsoft 365 experience
* Comfortable working across support and projects
* Experience with ERP or business systems
* Exposure to cloud platforms
* Practical, proactive problem solver
