Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a lovely 13‑year‑old girl with cerebral palsy and learning disability in his family home. She lives with his parents, an siblings in a busy household. You will provide person‑centred care, working alongside a colleague and a multidisciplinary team to support his wellbeing and community activities. An adapted vehicle is provided for outings.
