Pentasia are supporting a marketing agency in their search for a highly skilled CRM Manager to be based in their London office to lead and optimize their CRM efforts across online casino and sportsbook clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of promotional strategies, and CRM best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement promotional strategies to maximize engagement and lifetime value.
* Plan, execute, and monitor promotions across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
* Analyse campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
* Prepare regular reports to track progress and inform future strategies.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in the online gaming or sportsbook industry.
* Strong understanding of player behaviour, lifecycle management, and promotional strategies.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms, with a track record of setting up and managing automated campaigns.
